The Wiscasset 36x36: Timber Frame Plan & Cut Sheet Package

The Wiscasset is a 36-ft by 36-ft timber frame in the broken-back shed-style cape form, one of the most versatile structures we draw, with 1,296 square feet on the first floor alone. Our cut sheet package includes a fully detailed drawing of every unique timber, giving you everything needed to cut and assemble the frame.

Each joint is specified, each timber dimensioned. This is how a house-scale frame becomes an achievable owner-builder project instead of a leap of faith.
